The challenge
GoHighLevel agencies launch client accounts again and again, and the work around each launch (onboarding, tasks, follow-ups from calls) usually lives in chats and separate tools. GLaunch is built to keep that work in one place, made for GHL agencies.
The solution
I built GLaunch PM as a full-stack TypeScript product. A NestJS REST API with Prisma holds the projects, boards and tasks. Background jobs run on BullMQ with Redis, so slow work never blocks a request. The front end is a Nuxt 3 app. An MCP server lets AI assistants read and update boards, and a meeting-to-task automation turns call recordings into tasks. Everything is deployed on a Linux VPS behind nginx.
