From account audit to handover

How a build moves from the first look at your account to a team that can run it.

    I audit the account and interview the team to learn how the business actually runs.

  2. Map

    Pipelines, data and automations are mapped out and agreed before anything is built.

  3. Build

    Workflows, pipelines, funnels and integrations, built in the account to the agreed map.

  4. Test before launch

    Workflows, forms and messages are tested before anything goes live.

  5. Document and hand over

    The team gets clear documentation and a handover, so they can run the system.
